I would encourage anyone who sees Dr. Hoover to get a second opinion. I saw him at Dentistry by Design ( where I just learned he no longer works). I got a second opinion and learned I didn't need over half the work he claimed I needed and got what I did need at a fraction of the cost. The first crown that he started fell out,I had to make extra trips, the crown color didn't even come close to matching, I had to make a trip to Green Bay to get it right (extra time and cost to me). To this day the tooth feels weird and I have to wonder if I really needed the work he claimed. He seems to push root canals and crowns-very pricey. Get another opinion! Best wishes.
