It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.
