I have dealt with Forward Dental on a
few occasions. They have very poor customer service and cannot get their paper work correct when dealing with my dental health provider which results in denial of claims. They do not take any responsibility for their mistakes, they blame the insurance company and the customer. They are very rude and not helpful at all in fixing the problems that they had caused. I'm in the process of finding a different dentist. Their work is poor and their attitude is lousy.

Horrible wait times. My daughter was to be seen for a 330 appointment and we were not seen until 5 after i threw a fit. They also cannot figure out their payment issues and I have recieved the run around.

I called to make an appointment but the receptionist who answered was not very nice so because of that I have not been here. They were my first pick since there were many drs but it was hard to get an appointment in a reasonable time for a new patient. Based on that I knew they would not be a good choice for me.

I saw Dr. Theresa Hitzeman at this facility and it was incredibly scarey. Do not trust them! I wish I'd done my homework on this place. If you google Dr. Hitzeman you will see she was reprimanded by the state of Wisconsin for inappropriate conduct.
