They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
