Mr. Joe Kim and his staff are only interested in draining your insurance coverage and ripping you off. Mr. Kim is a crook in a dentist uniform. Mr. Joe Kim, I went there assuming you were a professional dentist who will fix dental issues, but instead you intentionally damaged my teeth and intentionally created problems I did not have prior going to your office. Then you drained all my insurance coverage for the year by fraudulently billing for services that you NEVER rendered. I had to go to a genuine dentist to fix problems that you created in addition to have my other teeth worked on---the ones that you already billed the insurance company for---the ones that you never did anything with but robbed the insurance company for. The person (I am guessing Anna) who submitted false insurance billing was pretty careless---because some of the teeth she billed for have never had and still do not have any problems. It was as if she just randomly picked the teeth to bill the insurance company for. You and your staff are unbelievably crooked. All you care is how much money you can rob from customers and dental insurance and as much as you can get away with. It is very sad that you merely use your dentist title to steal without any regard/concern for any customer.

Im Ben and I am from Bellevue. If you ever want to use a unclassy, unprofessional, chop shop dentist that shouldn't be allowed in Bellevue (should be moved to Kent, tacoma, or renton) go here. I had lost my bottom retainer after they removed a bar I had behind bottom teeth from when i had braces removed along time ago. They took molding/imressions in august and i still haven't recieved anything. I continually called and got the ran around about how they switched molding companies (which is who they sent the imressions) and will find a new one soon. I kept calling the past 3 months and have got the run around about how the company is taking forever to send impressions back and she would make it up to me with free whitening trays because she handles inventory on those ( i dont need whitening, i need my retainer to continue to have straight teeth). I felt i have been lied to the entire time from some receptionist who gets paid 15.00 hr to do nothing but lie and work for by far the worst, most unprofessional dentist in Washington State, and i would be embarrased to put Dr.Kim name on my resume if i was employeed by them. I am a business man myself and know dentist should ever be allowed to have open doors with such unprofessional, inconsiderate and careless people working there. Can't wait to see Mr. Kim in public and let him have a peice of mind.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I was very disappointed in how they handled an overcharge to our card. I called them to find out why we had been charged so much and it took them over two weeks to figure out that they had charged us for a service twice. It took another two weeks for them to figure out what their actual charge should have been. Many phone calls later and me continually following up for an answer they figured out they overcharged us by $500.00. No worries, people make mistakes we asked them to process the refund. It has been over two months since they said they were going to process the refund and still we have not received it. I will be going into their office to ensure it is processed in front of me, and if that does not work I will be forced to take them to small claims court. I am very disappointed as I had my last dentist for 30 years and I was hoping to find a dentist for myself and my kids that we could stay with for a long time. Unfortunately due to how this situation was handled I have been forced to look elsewhere. The dental services themselves were fine, but the customer service received over this issue was severely disappointing
