No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
