Mt husbands experience was one of the worst that I have ever encountered. Premier dental in vancouver off of 192 ave needs to be sued! They extracted a very infected tooth and were rough, rude and the quality of work was that of a factory, where money is more important than quality and caring. They did not clean the infection from the site nor did they ever use any antiseptic to cleanse area before sending my husband on his way. We ended up going back on the 3rd day because at that point my husband was in more pain then before they pulled the infected tooth. His extraction area was filled with puss and oozing blood, they had to cut it back open and suction out the infection before packing it with antiseptic. They even had the nerve to tell him it was his fault for not following post op instructions (which of course was never even given to him) The receptionist was rude and after sitting in the waiting room for three hours I was able to see just how unprofessional they really were at the front desk I heard them talking to people in a rude way and at one point even heard them talking crap about a patient that was currently being seen. The only reason we ended up going there is because they were able to fit him in right away because my husband is a long haul truck driver and only has four days off a month it seemed like our only choice to get work done. Never again! the only thing they have to offer is flexibility in scheduling which is not a benifiet when the quality of care is poor. I have a regular dentist at Hood River Dental in the gorge area and have always been treated with the up most respect and with caring hands....(.they were unable to get him in on such short notice) Premier dental could certainly learn a thing or to from them , however, I dont think they care about anything other than money!

It took far too long to be called back and prepared for my procedures... Even at 8am appointments I usually beat the employees to the office! They didn't seem to know what they were doing and often other doctors or staff were called in and asked what should be done. I've had to have a root canal redone and several teeth fixed (mainly cosmetically, since they quickly turned color) at another dentist mere months after having them done at Premier. Getting numbed up was a painful process and at several visits it wore off during treatment, which led to having more injected straight into my tooth in an excruciatingly painful manner. On one occasion a group of about five dental students walked in during a visit and while my mouth was filled with various instruments I was asked shortly, "Can they be in here?" More often than not, they would come to me after the work had been done and say that they had to do something else that wasn't discussed and had to charge me more than they originally said. Without insurance, this meant an extra $100 or more on my bill which I wasn't even sure I could afford.

They gave me a quote for work and then charged me more than their quote saying they forgot to charge for something and they refused to take off the extra charges. Very dishonest establishment! Their staff was not friendly or knowledgable, one in particular was the most incompetent assistant I've ever seen. She had to take x rays three times because she kept doing them wrong. An appontment that should have taken one hour took two and a half! I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
