Dr. Osborn never seems to offer any alternatives when he explains what needs to be done. He doesn't seem to understand that his charges are outrageous or that most patients can't afford them. Makes you feel like you are stupid if you don't just accept what he says. Also he is the only Dentist I have ever known that doesn't do extractions.

Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away.

Hello,
I moved to Seattle a little over 8 years ago, and had a few bad experiences with dentists here. I now fly back to Spokane to see Dr. Osborn for any dental work I need. I would highly suggest his office for anything you need done. Great service!!
