Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their office is very peaceful allowing me (and my kids!) to relax! The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and my families needs.

I had to post this. Normally, I only post negative reviews because that's when I'm motivated enough to actually write them. However, after visiting Collins Family Dentistry for the 4th time, I now consider myself a lifetime patient. Very relaxed environment and professional, out-of-this-world NICE staff. AWESOME DENTIST!!

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
