I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
My rating would be 4.5 for this dentist if they had more helpful office manager/assistant in charge of billing. I have been seeing the Dentist for nearly 2 years for all dental needs. My billings received from the dentist have never matched what my insurance company claims. The gal handling the billing does not seem very knowledgeable and impressed upon me that my inquiry into the discrepancy was not worth her time.
