They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr.Arthur is my family's favourite dentist. My kids love her. She made my 2 year old son open his mouth easily. She helped me to bring great decision regarding my implant and my kids seals. I am very sattisfied.

I have had two appointments with Dr. Arthur. The first was a check-up, cleaning and prep for replacement of three crowns. The second was to finish the crown work. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend her to anyone. She and her staff are professional and very pleasant. I had no issues with pain and the crowns are perfect. I am happy to have finally found a dentist that I am comfortable with and know that I am receiving the best dental care available.

Dr. Arthur and her team are great. She is so gentle and she explained everything as she was doing which made me feel better. No surprises :) I had an amazing experience, by far the best !

I had a great experience when I went for my first appointment at this office. I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple of years and after my exam I found out that I needed a deep cleaning. The hygienist was very gentle and answered all of my questions. Dr. Arthur was very informative and I think that my teeth will continue to feel better as I am no longer afraid to go in for my regular appointments.

I went in for a simple filling and have been in severe pain since then. I went back twice to have my bite ajusted but I am still in pain. I have had several fillings at this office by previous dentist and never experienced this amount of pain and discomfort. I feel that these fillings were done incorrectly but instead of them trying to fix it they say I may need a root canal or that I may have fractured my own tooth that I have never fractured before they touched it. Now they are all very kind but the work done to my teeth has failed my expectations. I have been with this office for over seven years and now I feel I must choose another place that will not mess up my teeth. Im really unsatisfied with the care. Even my fillings I had paid extra for did not match the color of my teeth. I am really upset that this happend to me. Never have I ever experienced this amount of pain after a filling or any other dental care.They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
