Very bad in removing a tooth. Took him a half an hour and then left me with a bloody gauze and mouth that continued to bleed all night. I would not recommend him at all. They over charge as well but the cleaning people are good.

Worst dentist I've ever been to. Seems to have a weak arm as he constantly leaned his left arm on my head/face, dropped several items from his tray and the dental assistant had to get them, he nearly elbowed me in the head. I was terrified he would drop an instrument in my mouth. He may have been a great dentist at one point but not any more. He seemed slow and confused and uncoordinated. VERY scary.

I have been going to this dentist for the past ten years. The quality of treatment and work has always been professional and outstanding. I would and have recommended him to friends who also had wonderful experiences.

I would not recommend this dentist!
I had been to see him several times with the last being the worst.

The staff seemed to be in a rush because it was the end of the day, and the DR kept trying to drill before the anesthetic took effect, even though the nurse kept telling him that I was in pain.

While they waited for the drugs to kick in, one of the doctors assistants could be heard just behind me, talking about her suicide attempt as a teenager with another staff member.

To top this off he left a piece of gauze in my mouth which I didn't discover till hours later when the anesthetic wore off. I'm fortunate that I didn't fall asleep with it in my mouth and choked to death!

When I called them the next day to complain, they didn't seem to think it was a very big deal.

The icing on the cake was when they sent an overdue bill to collections without calling me to tell me the insurance hadn't covered the visit.

They get a half star only because it won't let me score them any lower.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth whenever I needed during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
