Very disappointed. Kevin Lee broke off a screw in my mouth and then declined to remove it sending me to another dentist. He appeared completely unfamilar with the implant and crown procedure and apparently did not have the right tools to install a crown.
I went to another dentist to complete the procedure after it had been messed up by Kevin Lee and when Kevin Lee sent over the medical notes he failed to mention in the notes he had broken off the screw for the crown and failed to complete the procedure!
