I felt compelled to write a review after I read the "rude front desk person".

Never in all the years that my husband and I have gone to Dr Ellis have we ever been treated rudely be any of the staff or Doctor. They are always warm and welcoming and greet us by name when we enter the office.

Love this office and thank you for all the wonderful years of dental care!

Dr. Ellis and his hygientists are first rate. He answered my questions and he has a great bedside manner. I would go back to him to have my dental needs met if it wasn't for his receptionist. This woman is the coldest, rudest front desk person I have ever encountered. Her personality is such a turn off that I will never go back to his office again. It's too bad because Dr. Ellis is a really kind man, but the first and last thing people see and encounter is a very rude woman.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job.
