I wish I could give them 0 stars. I am always left waiting for my appointment and often there is no one at the front desk. The orthodontist doesn't seem to know what he's doing and the assistant does 80% of the work. He is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend him to an enemy.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
