Caring and compassionate. I have dental anxiety and have always been treated with compassion for over 20 years. It wasn't until I had a horrible experience with another dentist/endodontic that I realized how lucky I've been to have Dr. Tetrick as my primary.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Tetrick has a terrible bedside manner. He is often rude and coarse with staff and customers. I did not feel like a 'valued customer'. He belittled me and made me feel awful about myself. I had been going to him for quite a few years until I found a more caring and gentle dentist that was equally as skilled.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The office was easy enough to find. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
