They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I give high recommendations for the doctors and staff here. I have been going to Brookside Dental for a while. My teeth have been worked on by Dr Cindy and she has done very good work. It is very comfortable and pleasant in the Office. I watch movies during any long procedures. I recently decided that I wanted to look better and Dr Cindy did six new crowns in the front of my mouth that are excellent. I get really nice compliments from people about how nice my teeth look.
