They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
