I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. The previous doctor retired and a young couple took his place and it has been an on-going disaster since I went in for a routine cleaning. My routine cleaning turned into a filling that needed to be replaced (I never had a problem with that tooth), which resulted into a terrible infection. After several x-rays, and a depletion of my insurance, I needed a root canal. I opt with just having my tooth removed because I was advised by a friend that the tooth was too damaged from the new filling that a root canal would not work and that it would be a waste of money since my insurance did not cover it. The new ownership lacks in patient care. I am very disappointed. I hear similar stories from others that go there. I will never go there again. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else to take care of you. These people are not for patient care.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
