It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. My overall experience with this provider was terrible. I was so disappointed! I felt like they were way to general about the cost of their services. I left without really knowing how much I'd be billed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. When I had a minor problem with a tooth (didn't even bug me), until they claimed they "FIXED" it yet they made it 10 times worse and now that tooth bugs the crap out of me! I honestly think they chipped my tooth on purpose to get more money out of me. Even their front desk isn't polite and they would reschedule my appoints WITHOUT even telling me, so if I was late or didn't show they would blame it on me!! All my information was up to date, all it would have taken was a phone call to let me know about the appointment change!!!! They seem very disorganized! I switched my son & myself to a new dentist, which at first was iffy about taking us as new patients... they said they didn't like the "work" that Shaftsbury dental did! I would never recommend Shaftsbury Dental to anyone!

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
