They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I switched to this dentist because my previous dentist wanted gossip with me about the other patients and I found that to be very unprofessional. Also, I didn't feel like my old dentist gave me particularly good care. In contrast, Dr. Novak was very knowledgeable, skilled, and understanding the entire time. I could tell he and his team really care about everyone who visits them. Their staff is very friendly and professional, and the equipment they use is advanced. For example, everything is computerized and you can make your next appointment right from the treatment room rather than having to wait at the front desk. The office was easy to locate. Highly recommended!
