Dr. Schlein is a wonderful orthodontist. He is courteous, prompt, sincere, honest and above all, very cognizant of my child's willingness/ability to adhere to whatever regimen is required during treatment. He carefully assesses each stage in her care and talks through the possible remedies and outcomes thoroughly before he makes any decision. I trust him implicitly, and even though my daughter's treatment has been finished and paid for quite a while ago, he still has her visit every few months to check her progress as her mouth grows and new teeth emerge. His office staff and assistants, especially Gretchen, are all fantastic and keep things running like a very well oiled machine. I'm very pleased we chose Dr. Schlein.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress my daughter was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
