I'm not sure why the other reviewer thought Gretchen was rude. She has seen us through orthodontia for three kids, and I've always found her to be patient and friendly. She's very professional and business-like, not all warm and fuzzy like this reviewer may have expected, but always pleasant and efficient. If I've never seen her be rude during 100 or so visits, I think it's safe to say she isn't rude and does an excellent job at the front desk scheduling appts. and working with patients. Maybe the reviewer was rude to her first!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Gretchen was VERY RUDE and should not be working the front desk or answering the phone!!! HORRIBLe
