The people that work here are very friendly and the offices are very nice (they have tvs in each of the rooms), but the internal organization is terrible. Whenever I call to change an appointment or talk to anyone about anything, they transfer me to another desk where I am usually asked to leave a voice mail. Their turn around time for answering these messages is often over 24 hours. Also I had a tooth cleaning, and afterwords they told me that the maximum on my insurance had already been met and was forced to pay for the entire cleaning. Most dentists are supposed to look up insurance information prior to the patient's appointment. I could have easily waited another month for the insurance period to start over. Their facilities may be very nice, however if you are looking for satisfactory customer service don't go here!
