I took my daughter in for a check up and teeth cleaning. I asked if I could be with my daughter during the exam (I had a lot of questions about her dental health and how it may be causing her chronic ear pain). I was told by the dental hygienist that once she completed the X-Rays she would come back into the reception room and bring me back to the exam room. Long story short, after an extended period of time I realized that she didn't intend to keep her promise. I then ask the receptionist could I go back to be with my daughter. She told me a different story, apparently they preferred that patients over 18 be seen alone, but the doctor would discuss her condition with me after the cleaning. OK, so I wait. Finally the dentist comes out and tells me that I can come back. On the way to the treatment room she told me "Legally patients over 18 don't have to have someone accompany them into the treatment room unless they want to." I said "OK, and what if someone over 18 wants to have someone accompany them in the treatment room, legally are they entitled to that?" She said "Yes they can". I said "OK, then since my daughter wanted me back there with her (she had asked the dentist three times and yet they never came to get me) why didn't you respect her legal rights?" At that point this young, arrogant and rude woman said "Well hey, just so you know, I'm not going to jail just for you!" A remark I considered illogical, confused and ignorant. At that point she reached over and shoved me, laughed at me, and walked into the room where my daughter was. In all my life I've never been treated so rudely by a member of the medical profession. What was even more amazing was all through the explanation of my daughter's condition, which I had dragged out of her, she kept talking like we would continue to seek treatment and services from her! Wow, get a clue! There are plenty of competent dentist in the area, no one has to put up with disrespect and mistreatment from someone who so obviously lacks professionalism. I have a family of four, this was our first and last encounter with this place - we'll never go back.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
