Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand, especially to assist with telephone duties.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but my husband and daughter said that their mouths hurt after having service done. My husband also suffered a broken tooth because apparently she hit it while working on another tooth! I was not clear as to why my daughter needed to have fillings if she didn't quite have cavities! The office was easy enough to find. When I went I was pregnant so I could'nt have any work done...It is because of these reasons we have not returned and I am looking for a dentist.

Very friendly staff, clean office....but the last procedure done there , they charged me a service my insurance would not pay for. I was disapointed they did not check to see if my insurance would pay for it first. I will not visit again.
