Awful awful place to get your teeth worked on! The dentist was extremely rough with my teeth. She also completely messed up my cavities. She was "conservative" with her filling and left a huge open space which has caused me severe discomfort even after 2.5 months. When I went back to talk to them they didnt seem to care at all. Find another place to go!

The whole office is terrible! Don't be fooled by their beautifully decorated waiting area. The billing staff has some outrageous way to calculate co-pay where you end up paying 75% of the procedure up front even though my insurance covered 90%. This left my husband and I with a huge credit on their books which, till now (from January), they still have not returned despite my many calls to their office (something about an offsite bookkeeper which means an avg waiting period of 4 weeks to get a refund check--BS if you ask me since I've been waiting MONTHS). For our actual visits the dentists did the work on us and rarely explained what they were doing and only told you at the very end what they recommended. They told my husband he had 6 cavities and that I had 4. After getting tired of their billing procedures (and reading some reviews here) we went to another dentist for a second opinion and it turns out he only had 2 and I had ZERO cavities. Unfortunately a few of the 'cavities' had already been filled with this office. Even now my husband has terrible pains from the fillings which were not set correctly. We will be going to our new dentist this month to have them redone (more unnecessary expenses). All that said, there is one other dentist working there (who does not have the Cauthen name). She was very professional and great at explaining. She should definitely get out of that office. Considering all the faults with this dental office, my husband and I couldn't justify staying with this office for this one dentist. I would definitely not recommend this place. I am going to call their office again today to ask about when the check for our balance will be sent to us. I will wait a bit longer before putting it in writing and consulting a lawyer.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

Dr. Cauthen did work on my mouth last year. After paying over $1500 on top of what insurance provided, I still have the same issues I went to have taken care of. Paid $500 for sedation and was conscious the entire time. Unfilled cavities and an extraction that only removed half the tooth. The office staff is in constant turnover (I wonder why). Due to another turnover in her office I am now in a dispute regarding being double billed for services. Her professional manner is lacking. She will attempt to talk at or down to anyone who points out an error made by her or her staff. Has an overblown sense of entitlement. Please do choose someone else
