This office manager is very unprofessional, she dresses very inappropriately. I have witness her arguing with patients in the office and asking for money from the men clients for lunch while I sit in the waiting room. The front office is very unorganized and she makes special arrangements with different clients regarding prices of services there. This was brought to the attention of Dr Spain who had no comment and did nothing. I have dental insurance and was paying more then someone who had none. Many things that occur here are against HIPPA and OSHA regulations. Think twice before coming here......

All the equipment at this office seems fairly current and safe. It's definitely not top-of-the-line though. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

The facilities were clean, but dated. The hygienist that assisted the dentist was very nice, and Dr. Spain was nice as well. I did have some issues, though. When I filled out initial paperwork, and when the hygienist talked to me before I saw Dr. Spain, I was asked if there were concerns about my teeth. I wrote them and told them to the hygienist, but Dr. Spain never brought them up or even gave me an opportunity to talk about concerns with him. I hadn't been to a dentist in a while, so my teeth needed a major cleaning, which was pretty expensive even with insurance. When I got home, I looked at my teeth, and there were spots where there was still plaque left on my teeth near the gums on the back of my teeth and between teeth. Also, I had issues with the receptionists. They were very nice, but a little unprofessional. Once, when I came to the window, the receptionist was leaning back with her feet up watching TV. I stood at the window and waited for a second, and she just looked at me and gestured for me to open the window myself and said, "What do you need?" Also, the computers they were using were very old and slow. It wasn't an awful experience, but I did switch dentists. Overall, I just felt like the facilities were not modern, there was a lack in professionalism, and the quality of my cleaning is questionable. I would recommend not going to this dentist.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in.
