They have really great customer service here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Office is conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to the Galleria and Tysons Mall. The only downside, in my opinion, is that they like to x-ray too frequently though maybe that has become an industry-wide thing. Personally I don't see the need for x-rays more than say every three or four years unless there is some specific problem.

Kristina is awesome. I have been going there for almost 10 years. I am the worst customer you could ask for and Kristina takes great care of me. Also I aged 10 years and she's still about 25 I think. That can't be right, she would have had to have been 15 when I started going there. Well go have her work on your teeth and you'll see what I mean. Also the receptionist Jeanette is awesome too. I had her talked into gluing a crown back on (that some other dentist put in a long time ago) and then one of the technicians stepped in and did it.
You just go there and you fall in love and you don't feel any pain. Pretty tricky anesthetic.
This is the only dentist that can do this stuff to you.
Really its a nice location by Tyson's corner and easy to get there, great parking. You won't regret.
