He is the best Orthodontist! Dr Filippone is extremely knowledgable and fair priced. His office is not pushy like some I have heard about. His acceptance of all insurances and Saturday hours plus his experience are what sold me...and I am so happy.

This orthodontist is the greatest. To be able to deal with hormonal teenagers all day is truly remarkable. Everybody is entitled to have a bad day once in awhile including the doctor so I don't know what some of these reviewers are complaining about. Maybe they should try working on a hormonal child everyday and see how they can handle it . My child has been going there for 2 years now. She started out as a phase I and now she is in braces. I Understood that some cases need more then one phase of treatment and was explained that to when I had my initial consultation. They quoted her as a 24 months case which if she goes past the 24 months mark that doesn't bother me as long as she gets the best result. Its a human body you cant really put a time frame on things like that cause you don't know what could occur along the way.Dr. Filippone is a perfectionist. which is what you want when your dealing with straightening the teeth. my general dentist is always pushing invisalign on me and I keep refusing they are general dentist they didn't go the extra few years to become an orthodontist so why should I trust them with straightening my teeth. I refer everybody I can when I hear someone talking about needing an orthodontist. He is by far the best in the profession even if he is having a bad day. They have helped me with payments even helping me stay within my budget every month.

Very happy with this office. Staff very friendly. Terrific Orthodontist. They have been very helpful working with my schedule, insurance and budget. Most of all, I'm happy with how my teeth look.

Whenever I have a question or concern, the desk staff made me feel stupid for asking.I have seen other patients walk out of the office because they don't like being made to feel stupid. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. The treatments have taken almost TWICE as long as we were originally told. The doctor checks in with the assistant during my visit but it is very rushed. He is so rude to his staff in the treatment area that it is embarassing and uncomfortable for the patients sitting there. The doctor has actually made my teenage child cry because he is so rough when checking the braces.
