On my last visit, on 10/13/14, Dr. Morris performed a cleaning and an routine exam. At the end of my visit, as usual, I paid for the services they provided. A couple of days later, I received the claim paperwork from my insurance showing the charges for my visit. I contacted Dr. Morris's office to let them know, that according to my insurance, I was to pay $108 and not $252. The assistant said she would look into it. A week later, I called again, and again his assistant said "let me call you back." She never did; so I called one more time and she said "no refund will be made." I said how can your office charge me for what my insurance is covering? I contacted Dr. Morris via email with the proof paperwork from my insurance and questions. (I had called my insurance to ensure I was correct). Days have pasts and I have not heard from Dr. Morris. This has been ridiculous. Why would Dr. Morris try to overcharge his clients? Since he did not respond to my phone calls and emails. I am waiting to hear from my insurance company to obtain a refund through them. This situation has been so unfortunate for me.

Dr. Morris was very friendly, very thorough and very instructive in a non-lecturey way. I felt very confident that he was giving me the best care my teeth could get.

Solid service, good cleaning.. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. The office was easy enough to find. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.
