Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

The hygienist and dentist were ok. The office staff gives this office a 1 rating. I received appointment cards with dates but when I called they were not in the system. Every time I took my family in I made the co-payments they told me I would have. And every time I called to schedule the next appointment I had an outstanding balance. Contrary to what my insurance said I owed. They took unauthorized panoramic x-rays which were not covered by insurance. The office staff is rude, will not admit they make mistakes even when you show them the cancelled checks for payments. They will just ad additional charges.
