me and my husband been there for few time but my husband complain of his root canal that he is been hurting since he had the crown and root canal Iam not sure if they do a good job my husband gums bleed everytime he he brush his teeth.

I don't think I will go back. They did not care to further investigate the issue I was having with my teeth, and they also became infected.

I have to say that I was very very disappointed with this Dentist. I had severe tooth pain for weeks following my desensitizing and a new tooth filling. I went in to the Dr. Boyack several times over a three week period. I felt like I had an infection in my tooth. They x-rayed once, and poked around my tooth with dental tools asking if it hurts. Yet visit, after visit I was told that my tooth was hurting because of my new filling and it will take time for it to get back to normal. After my fourth visit, I realized that the Dentist didn't even care to help me. This last time he didn't even examine my tooth, and told me there was nothing they can do, and I need to wait it out, I had no choice. Two days later I was in so much pain biting down on a grape, I called before and during hours and left two messages that I was in pain and needed to be seen. I told them on the message, I felt that I was being neglected and I needed to get down to the problem or I would find a new Dentist. I never did hear back from them. Within days I went to another Dentist. They examined my tooth, and used a cold stick against my teeth He found exactly where the pain was coming from immediately. . I told my new dentist that my old dentist never even used a cold stick on my tooth. He was very suprised, and told me that it is a very standard procedure any good dentist would do. I ended up needing a root canal, and had an infection that was there for a few weeks. I am very disappointed in this place. Sure the receptionists were nice, they had a nice waiting room, but when it came down to it, they did not care at all. The dentist didn't have a very nice bed side manner when it came to my kids. My child needed a filling and the prep for the shot was too short for any numbing, and the dentist was not very gentle with the injection in my childs mouth. I was very disappointed after my last experience, but I should have changed after my childs experience. Look around!! Don't go to this Dentist, He does NOT care!!!!

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional.
