Did this provider have bad breath?
Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Dr. Matthews is very friendly and so is his staff. However, my husband received a gum graft there and it turned out to be a terrible experience. After the procedure, they didn't give us a prescription to help with his pain. They said he could eat any foods he wanted to when he really should have been on a liquid diet because eating caused lots of pain. The sutures started to tear two days after the surgery and when we called to tell the dentist, he said that was normal and it's ok if it comes off. He said he wouldn't see my husband until Mon. (2 days later). We didn't think that sounded right so we called a periodontist and they said that definitely should not happen. Now he has to have the procedure done all over again. We will not be going back.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
