I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. They didn't give me any sort of oral health techniques that I could do at home to prevent cavities. I asked for some advice, but they couldn't give me any. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They were way too rough while they were flossing my teeth. My gums bled for days. I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. I'm afraid they might have missed a few cavities.
