Several years go our small family visited Dr. Harris for X-rays and cleaning after getting a coupon in the local Valpak. My wife was told she had nine "areas of decay", son was told about five, and several for me and my other son. All should be taken care of and could be fixed for about $2,500. We were sick about it.

Luckily my wife's brother is a dentist in Arizona. We took a trip to visit him thinking the gas would be cheaper than the dental work. Turns out that none of us needed any work done (according to my brother-in-law).

It's been several years since then and the wife and kids have had several checkups with OTHER local dentists in Cache Valley. None have found any issues. I personally went to a local dentist last week for the first time since visiting my brother-in-law. When I was told that everything looked good I smiled and was reminded of the visit with Dr. Harris and the high-pressure sale of services we didn't need.

And I used to think this only happened at car repair shops.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. If you don't have dental insurance, sometimes you will be given a discount if you pay with cash or check. It depends on who's working the front desk. Dr. Harris is very kind, gentle and friendly.

I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

I read the former review. Sorry to be so blunt, but Face painted? What garbage! Maybe when you were there, the anastegia made you loopy or something...

Dr. Harris has been our family dentist as long as I remember and everyone loves him! He is experienced and has provided excellent service for a long time. He's a little old school perhaps, but i think that's a good thing. He really knows what he's doing! The staff is always super friendly and tries to answer any questions. I don't like having my teeth worked on, but I always feel confident in Dr. Harris's abilities, trust him and will continue to go to him. He's also very good about trying to work out payment plans and such.

This dentist is absolutely terrible. I have been to a few, so I know a good one, and Frank O. Harris is terrbile. He completely butchered my mouth. I bled a TON just for a few fillings. He split my lip open, drilled when I wasn't numb, and kept drilling when I was laying there crying in pain and the assistant was trying to stop him. THEN, he got MAD at me when I finally did stop him. He is so bad. He also had his face painted, which was crusting off in big clumps. I was worried the whole time that his face paint was going to fall into my mouth. DO NOT GO TO FRANK....
