Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

They are committed to helping me to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately.. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I know I can always count on them. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. Dr. Roberts always makes a personal followup phone call.
