They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Dr. Hall is an amazing dentist, but the pricing and markups on crowns are a little excessive especially after seeing what is actually charged for a crown. Their original quote on my dental work was suppose to at max $600...but my out of pocket ended up being $900.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.
