I have dental anxiety and was very nervous about even seeing any dentist again. I felt a warm welcome when I first walked into the office. My first exam and cleaning was the most thorough exam I have ever received. Even though my teeth were in real bad shape they treated me friendly and showed no signs of judging me or being critical. Dr. Webb was confident he could save some of my teeth that other dentists told me could not be saved. He gave me a detailed dental treatment plan prioritising it with my worst teeth first. Dr. Webb educated me more about what further dental neglect would do to my teeth, in a respectful and polite way. At no point was I nagged or talked down to, as I have been at all other dentists. On my first appointment Dr. Webb managed to save my tooth that was falling apart even as he worked on it. The dental assistant talked to me throughout the procedure calming my nerves and anxiety. Because the procedure was more difficult then normal Dr Webb even called me later that evening to check in one me, which was very thoughtful. It is clear that Dr Webb cares about his patients. All the staff at Copper Ridge Dental are friendly, polite, respectful, and know how to help lessen dental anxiety. What a relief to find a good dentist after all.
