My daughter and I had a very nice first experience. The office was amazing and the staff was really friendly. Loved the fact we were given a tour of the office and introduced to staff. We waited a little too long for the orthodontist to come in to review the X-rays but other than that the overall experience was really nice.

Excellent services
The staff is very friendly and professional from the receptionists to the assistants who was treating me. Of course, I love the refreshment station. It warm me up or wake me up with a cup off coffee and cool me down with the bottle water on a hot summer day.

I took my daughters to Dr. Rick Herrmann’s office for two months and I will never go back!!! They were incredibly nice to get you in the door and then it starts. I paid in full up front. They took my credit card information for anything that may come up. I did this for ease of use. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! About a month into it they charged me another $1000 without permission! I asked them about this and they said it was being looked into and they would get back to me. I called back the next day and they said they see where I was charged and that it was for extra treatment! I asked what this extra treatment was they told me it was at the doctors discretion when that happens! I continued to press the issue and of course disputed this charge. I asked to speak to the doctor and he refused to speak to me. I over hear him in the back ground telling her this “You tell that B!*ch it is in the contract if she would bother to read the fine print!” I was appalled!!! I kept calling to complain and eventually discovered that an employee (Britney) got a hold of the credit card numbers and charged a bunch of cards from patients!!! When I went up there and demanded answers the doctor said he had discovered that and she would be reprimanded for it! REPREIMANDED?!?!?! I told him she needed to be fired! He said he couldn’t fire her because it was the first time it had happened! OMG!!!! I was so distraught!!! He said he had known her for years and she just had some money troubles and was very sorry for it! I asked for a refund and he told me he would work on it! I have still not seen my money yet!! We left there and I went to another orthodontist a little whiles away! I wish I could sue but a lawyer would just cost more money! I called the other day to check and she is still there!!! Incredible the way this place does business !!!!
