Very nice experience. I am always afraid to go to the dentist but once i walked in everyone was nice and answered every question i had.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Yes! It was absolutely excruciating

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

I visited this office after my insurance changed. I was reluctant at first to bring my kids because I knew nothing about this dentist. I was pleasantly surprised with everything from the receptionist who set up my appt. to the dentist. He was very gentle. I am not a dentist lover as most people aren't. Needless to say, I set up appts for my wife and two children after my experience. Would definitely recommend

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I don't know where the 2 previous reviewers were, but it was not the office I went to. It was tidy and the staff was very friendly.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, Their staff is friendly and professional. I am a regular patient there & would recommend this office to anyone looking for a practice where you are treated as a person & not a number. I too am not sure where the other 2 reviewers visited, the office was immaculate & the staff were awesome!!!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am a regular patient at the office and have never had any negative issues. Dr. LaCour is friendly and professional.

I went in to get my teeth checked and he said I should just have them all pulled and have these new fancy "expensive" teeth put in. And that lady at the front desk was just down right rude!

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned.
