I got referred to this office by my neighbor who brings her kids here. From the time I made my kids appointment, I felt very comfortable with the staff and the doctor. The doctor was great and used language that was kid-friendly and eased my kids' fear of going to the dentist. They loved the x-box and arcade games in the game room also--it was a great distraction for the kids. All the staff was very friendly and really seemed to enjoy working with the kids! I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

They are a dentistry they do get involved alot they make u feel ar home they make the kids feel calm if they are scared i would like to see more things for the kids to interact with so it wont be that scary for the kids

They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was.
