The customer service and dental work is mediocre at best. Please verify your insurance benefits and pay close attention to what's billed to your insurance versus your out of pocket cost. Your portion of the bill may be exaggerated after services have been rendered without a full cost justification.

IF you have insurance, you need to call your insurance to verify before do any dental work. Don't trust on them because end up they will send you a big bill to pay in full. When you call them to check, they will not call you back.

The dentist is really great about taking her time with me, and doesn't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to the dentist, no matter how many questions I have. No-one suggests that I buy something that isn't necessary, and never pressure me. The dental hygienists are equally professional and a pleasure to deal with.

On a recent visit I was informed that the dentist would be 45 minutes late after I had already been in the office for 15 minutes. It would have been better to have called me and explained that my appointment would need to be rescheduled.

The back office conversations about their personal lives make me uncomfortable. Typically the reception person is handling personal calls, even when greeting people with appointments. But it should be noted that the staff are always polite and willing to assist when needed.

There was no music playing while I waited or during my visit. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I am generally happy with the treatment by the dentist; but she seems to have little or no concern regarding the effectiveness of the back office staff.

The dentist is at a convenient location for me; so I would prefer not to change.

West Spring Dental is NOT the dentist to go to.
1. Their customer service does not exist. If you call the receptionist will put you on hold and not get back w you. If you call back they put you back on hold long. My total hold time 25 minutes. Then the receptionist will explain she is busy and by herself. I didn't call to hear her complain about getting paid for a job she is not qualified to do. She doesn't ask for insurance info or nothing and when info is offered she will sigh and take it.
2. When you do get a appt and arrive 15 min early you will sit in the waiting room for 20 min past your appt time listening to the receptionist and office manager talk about their personal lives.
3. When you finally get to the back area you will sit there for over a hour until dentist sees you.
4. Never are they able to give you a quote on what you will pay at time of service.
5. If you have a warranty on any dental work you BETTER get a copy b c they don't give copies and if the dentist tells you that you don't have to come back unless needed.... When you want to use warranty then they inform you that you have to be seen every six months or warranty expires.
6. The Dentist I go to now has had to redo all their work b c there materials are cheap and don't last.
Basically it's not worth the effort getting any dental work done by this company. I regret ever going there and never will I refer them to anyone.
