Absolutely horrible customer service... I have been twice to have a cleaning and some dental work completed. I arrived both times 15 minutes before my appointment and waited a total of 1.5 hours each time to be attended to.

Most of their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. The bring in specialists to perform treatments that they cannot perform and do not inform you that they are not within your insurances network so that they can bleed you of more money.

My husband had an emergency we went to them for. While there we told them of other teeth that hurt. They took x-rays of the other teeth but ignored our request to do anything about them. A week later my husband was in pain and in need of ANOTHER emergency visit. We are now in debt to them for multiple visits that could have been rolled all together into one visit costing us much less. If you just want your teeth cleaned then these guys are great. If you are in pain and need compassion and help - find someone else.

Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
The only thing I really do not like is that the dentist turnover at this office is tremendous! Everytime I go I see a different dentist.

I would never go back. I would never recommend anyone to go. I went in for an initial consultation and was told I had 2 cavities that needed to be corrected. I schedule my appt for my cleaning and to have my cavities fixed the next month. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't fix my cavities because the dentist who evaluated me was no longer with the company. They said I would have to come back to be evaluated again by a dentist and then schedule my appt to have my cavities fixed. This same thing happened 3 other times. They never fixed my cavities. I finally was fed up and found a new dentist. I paid money to them on 07/25/2011 so that they would send my xrays to my new dentist. I was "promised" by the staff that the Xrays would be sent out that week. Of course, the xrays never arrived to my new dentist. Fast forward to today 12/15/2011 and I get a phone call from Woodlands Dental Partners wanting to confirm the address to have my Xrays sent to. The lady I spoke to claimed that she just now received the request. Seriously, they made me PAY to have these sent and it took them 5 months to even pass the paperwork along.
