I will NEVER return to this dental practice again! The dentist decided to extract my tooth while there was MASSIVE swelling on the right side of my face, in turn leaving the infection to enter my blood stream. To make matters worse, I was in EXTREME pain and he took 9 hours to call in any medications for me. When the medication was called in it was a medication that I cannot take, that information was in my chart and over looked. I will NEVER go back nor would I EVER recommend Dr. Lopp to anyone!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used a lot more information, especially concerning insurance coverage etc. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They don't give you all your financial options under your insurance plan. They only tell you the cost of the highest priced under your insurance and don't inform you that there may be other options that could be more affordable.
