Dr. Covert's dental degree and license are posted in plain sight, including a certificate from a dental insurance company that states that he is one of 5% nationally that, because of accuracy and proper conservative treatment the company will pay without xrays - impressive.
He is very caring, knowledgeable, and funny. Each treatment room has up to date technology. His staff is terrific.

Not really, it wasn't as clean as I hoped it would be
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Somewhat, they should have been more polite
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
No, I don't think they cared whether I showed up or not
Was this provider's office too loud?
Yes, they need to move to a quieter location

I am very afraid of going to the dentist and I got an abscess tooth! I was bit in the face by a dog and had to have some of my teeth replaced, they were great when working with me although I was in a state of panic most of the time!! Dr. Covert's office has been fantastic to me. Friendly, nice, helpful, and they made sure I understood everything that was going on, the cost, and how much they thought the insurance would pay. They went and have gone out of their way, every since my first visit, to insure I feel comfortable and am not having any pain. Would highly recommend them!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
