I wish I could give them 0 stars. I hate this place for taking my money like thieves. Spoke frankly with the orthodontist Marlon Henderson about my fears in getting braces at a Monarch Dental place because it seems like a government dental office. He assured me that in his private practice he has seen 1000's of patients and was confident he could help my daughter with braces and an expander. Well it hasnt even been a week and a total of 8 brackets have came loose. I am even more upset with myself for being duped by him and his staff because I paid for the services in full and even though they havent done ANYTHING but screw this up I am having to pay 25% of $1300 as well as ANOTHER orthodontist to start from scratch.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. The apt. took well over an hour and a half. My second visit (for my son), took over two hours and they never cleaned my son's teeth. We walked out.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
