I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time.
