The cleaning which I typically dread was pleasant. There were some tender spots buy Susan was as gentle as possible, I left not wanting a Tylenol but ready to come back for the recommended work. And I'll come back and see her more frequently instead of waiting until I have issues.

Been going to Jeff for years. He is a great guy and good dentist. Sadly, I can't say the same for his office staff. Ever since he hired Gary to run the front office, I haven't been impressed. The first noticeable change was that they like for you to pay the entire bill upfront and have the insurance company pay you. Was not impressed but okay. Then I had a procedure done and the insurance company denied it. In the end I got screwed and never got paid back. I didn't have time to deal with it and Gary's attitude was almost like well we got paid so it's a waste of my time to help you and blamed the insurance for not wanting to pay. Now if they had been waiting on the money, I think his attitude would have been totally different.

Also, I looked at one of my EOB's and noticed the insurance paid but not me. The next time in, they told me the price was $XXX. I said I think the insurance company paid you last time. They looked and yep their was a credit. Gary said he didn't see it. I am thinking BS.

Sadly, I no longer visit this dentist who in my opinion was one of the best I ever met. All because of his front office.

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

Dr.Borgman has great integrity and has a high set of standards. We as a family have been going to LasColinas Dental for as long as I can remember and appreciate his great chair side manor. I am confident that I am given the highest quality of care.
