I found this dentist through my insurance provider website (which i will also be submitting a review for). I am thinking that some of the glowing reviews for this dentist are a bit baited and misleading. I sent my spouse to this location today for an ongoing tooth problem, which could have easily been extracted (after a round of antibiotics of course). I explained to the staff (prior to his appointment) that an extraction is what he wanted and wanted nothing more than what would be required to make that happen. After speaking with my spouse today, i am LIVID at how he was treated! I am appalled that the dentist not ONLY ignored the fact that my spouse ONLY wanted the tooth extracted, but treated him badly when he repeated his request for extraction. They provided him with a quote for a root canal (for $1000), which i understand is common practice when giving options for treatment. HOWEVER, costly and unnecessary services should NOT be forced upon people, especially if it is NOT what they want! I believe that this place (like a LOT of dentists--unfortunately) has removed ANY resemblance of patient care, and made more of a sales pitch for other services. I am disappointed and will NOT be bringing myself or my child here to be subjected to this kind of mis-treatment! I hope this helps everyone. Wish i had known about this before sending someone i love..........
